No result on this scale has ever been below 100%, and none ever will be. That is not a flaw in the instrument. That is the instrument working exactly as designed.
It doesn't, technically. The Wi-Fi router has no relationship with Mercury retrograde. Pigeons are not, as far as we know, involved with your landlord. But you already suspected a connection somewhere, or you wouldn't be here reading about a corkboard. We simply supply the string.
